Have you ever looked at the calendar and wondered, “Where did the time go?” As we get older, it can really feel like the years are moving faster. I found the reasons behind that perception fascinating. What do you think makes time seem to speed up?

One idea that really stood out to me is the role of routine and novelty. When we're younger, so many experiences are new, while later in life we can fall into familiar routines. Maybe those new experiences help create a richer memory of time.
