Receivables Exchange of India Limited (RXIL) is an online digital platform (a Trade Receivables Discounting System, or TReDS) that facilitates the financing of trade receivables for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India. It was established as a joint venture by the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), and is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
