India is a vast country with major achievements in previous years, but despite the global achievement pile-up. Our rural sector still faces major issues that have been addressed by the top 10 NGOs in India. These have made the non-profit sector in India one of the largest sectors, with years of dedicated work to serve the people in need. From poverty, poor health, educational gap, bad healthcare, unemployment, to infrastructure, these problems have been persistent from the start. That still results in millions of people facing one of these issues, especially in rural parts of India.
