Getting older doesn't mean we have to stop setting goals for ourselves. For me, healthy aging is about continuing to work toward better strength, mobility, and independence. What does staying strong as you age mean to you?

You don't necessarily need a gym full of equipment to begin working on strength. Depending on your ability, simple movements, resistance bands, or light weights may be suitable starting points. Good technique, gradual progress, and appropriate recovery matter.
