In the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), assessment plays a foundational role in developing effective interventions for individuals with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral challenges. As part of the 40 hour RBT training online, future Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are introduced to key assessment tools, most notably, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Preference Assessments. These assessments guide behavior analysts and RBTs in crafting behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual needs.
