There are moments in life when the pace of everything feels unsustainable. For me, it wasn’t one single crisis but a slow accumulation of stress, unresolved memories, and physical fatigue that finally demanded my attention. I’d tried the conventional routes — therapy sessions, fitness programs, even short meditation retreats — but they each seemed to address only one piece of the puzzle. What I needed was a more integrated path, one that recognized how the mind, spirit, and body feed into one another. That’s how I found myself exploring emotional, spiritual, and physical healing through a practice I had only heard about in passing: emotional energy healing.
