The RBT competency assessment is like a hands-on checklist. You will meet with a professional called a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This person will ask you to show the skills you’ve learned during your training. You’ll talk, explain ideas, and even do practice tasks. This assessment must be done before you can take your final exam. It shows that you are ready to work with real clients and follow a behavior plan correctly. You will either pass or not pass.
